As a new client in our practice family we want you to relax and be comfortable. Unless your first visit is for emergency reasons we will be spending our time getting to know you and for you to know us. We will be discussing your  problems and potential problems, gaining information about your present dental health, taking x-rays and other diagnostic aids, and taking information about your general health. Your past experience may have been a quick examination but once we have completed this first visit you will appreciate why you will be here 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Please allow this time in your schedule. A second appointment will be scheduled to review the examination findings and corresponding treatment will be planned at that visit.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Emergency Care
Charges for emergency care are due at the time dental treatment is provided.

EXAMINATIONS
You will not be asked to pay the fee for your examination at your first visit. Since we don't know how extensive it will be, we don't know what the fee will be.

When we have all the information from your examination studied, we will go over our findings with you. With the information you have gained from your examination, you then will be able to determine what you want accomplished with your dental care. We then can tell you what the fee will be. Our goal is that the care and service we provide to you is worth more to you than the dollars you pay us. If the examination and recommendations are not of value to you, you will owe us nothing.

TREATMENT FEES
Charges are due and payable when services are provided. Since our primary goal is your dental health we can make appropriate arrangements on an individual basis.

DENTAL INSURANCE
Many of our patients have dental insurance of various kinds. Some help with your cost to a large amount, some help very little. The amount of help is determined by the amount of premiums you or your employer pay. Most dental insurance companies determine what percentage they will pay by what they call an "average fee." I guess this is for average care. It has been said that, "average is the worst of the best, or the best of the worst." Our staff is knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies and will assist you in obtaining your maximum benefits.

Growth... yours and ours
Our growth is determined by your gratitude and appreciation when you recommend us to your friends, family and acquaintances, who will appreciate what we do. Thank you for your confidence.
